Dev Accelerator IPO– Dev Accelerator Limited (जिसे DevX के नाम से भी जाना जाता है) एक प्रमुख फ्लेक्सिबल ऑफिस स्पेस और कोवर्किंग स्पेस प्रदान करने वाली कंपनी है, जिसकी स्थापना 2017 में हुई थी। यह कंपनी विभिन्न टियर-1 और टियर-2 शहरों जैसे दिल्ली-एनसीआर, हैदराबाद, मुंबई, पुणे, अहमदाबाद, इंदौर, जयपुर आदि में 15 से अधिक सेंटर्स संचालित करती है और बड़े कॉरपोरेट्स, एमएनसी और SMEs को मैनेज्ड ऑफिस स्पेस, कस्टमाइज्ड ऑफिस स्पेस, और डिजाइन सेवाएं प्रदान करती है। कंपनी लीज पर ऑफ़िस स्पेस लेकर अपनी सेवाएं देती है और तेजी से विस्तार कर रही है, जिसमें निकट भविष्य में सिडनी (ऑस्ट्रेलिया) और सूरत में नए सेंटर खोलने की योजना है।
